Every truck that pulls into an Alpharetta driveway carries more than tools. It carries the Cedarwell Care Promise, a standard our crew has been trained on from day one. You’ll see it in the shoe covers that go on before boots cross a threshold, in the drop cloths laid down in hallways and living rooms, and in the photograph of a clean work area that gets sent before anyone leaves. Our Alpharetta team is small enough to know local streets and big enough to handle anything a Georgia summer throws at a Carrier or a Trane. Here’s who shows up when you call (478) 606-5046.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Marcus D., Lead Technician
Marcus has spent 12 years diagnosing air conditioning failures across metro Atlanta, and he’s the guy we send when another company has already tried and walked away. His specialty is electrical diagnostics on variable-speed systems, which means he’s comfortable inside the control boards of a Daikin or a Lennox when the problem isn’t obvious. Marcus keeps a small notepad in his shirt pocket and sketches the problem for homeowners before he quotes a fix. Ask him about the time a Rheem in Johns Creek had three different companies stumped, and he traced it to a chafed thermostat wire inside a wall that had been rubbing against a stud for years.
Elena R., Senior Installer
Elena leads our installation crews and has put in more than 400 residential systems since joining the Cedarwell family in 2016. She’s meticulous about airflow measurements and duct transitions, the parts of an install you don’t see until your energy bill drops in August. Elena is our in-house expert on Goodman and York equipment and handles the paperwork for rebates and manufacturer warranties on every full replacement. Outside of work she’s restoring a 1960s ranch house in Roswell one room at a time, so she understands what it means to live through a renovation and treat a finished home with respect.
Priya S., Service Coordinator
Priya is the steady voice on the other end of the phone at Meadowsweet Heating and Air Alpharetta, and she’s the reason you’ll never sit in a voicemail queue. She’s lived in Alpharetta for nine years and knows the difference between a Windward home with a zoned system and a Crabapple condo with a packaged unit, which helps her book the right technician with the right parts the first time. Priya tracks every job from first call to the clean-up photo, and she calls the day before to confirm the arrival window and remind you that a written price comes before any work begins. Her desk has a jar of dog treats for the rare occasion a customer brings a well-behaved pup into the office.
Daniel T., Apprentice Technician
Daniel joined us two years ago through a technical college program in Gwinnett County and is working toward his full certification under Marcus and Elena. He’s the second set of hands on installs, the one running new linesets and sealing duct connections while learning the rhythm of a proper job site. Daniel grew up in Milton and played baseball at Alpharetta High, so he knows half the streets in the area by memory. He’s also the reason our trucks carry a quieter cordless vacuum for days when a customer has a sleeping baby, because Daniel was the kid who napped through everything.
One Standard, Every Job
The C.A.R.E. values code isn’t a poster on a wall. It’s a checklist that every team member at Meadowsweet Heating and Air Alpharetta follows on every single call, whether it’s a clogged condensate line in a Cumming townhouse or a full AC installation in a Milton cul-de-sac. Clean up like it’s their own home means floors get swept, shoe covers stay on, and the drop cloths get folded and carried out before the crew leaves. Ask before moving anything means the kids’ toys get moved with permission and put back exactly where they were. Respect the family’s time and quiet hours means we show up in the arrival window Priya confirms, and we keep noise down during nap or homework time. Explain the price before the work means the number you sign is the number you pay, written down, no additions at the door. That’s how the 365-Day Done Right Promise works in practice: if anything about the job isn’t right, we come back and make it right, no fine print and no runarounds. Luis Serrano built this Alpharetta team around that promise because a service call should end with cold air coming out of the vents and a home that looks exactly the way it did when we pulled up, minus the broken unit.
